Do you take returns?

 
We strive to ensure you love all of your purchases from us.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
Online purchases to include purchases made via social media channels can be returned for STORE CREDIT  or EXCHANGE ONLY within 7 calendar days from purchase date. Store credit will be issued via email for online orders or a physical gift card  can be mailed, per customer request. 
CLEARANCE ITEMS are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.
 
For purchases to be accepted, the following guidelines MUST be adhered to:
   1. Garment must be UNWORN
    2. All Tags MUST be attached
    3. Return MUST be initiated within 3 business days AFTER your package has been delivered to you
To initiate a return for an online purchase, please email hello@theboutiquebylgreen.com.  All request for returns must be approved first, then a refund or exchange for the amount paid, minus any shipping charges, will be issued once the item is received back to us.  
Please note that shipping/handling charges, discounts & coupons are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of all return items. For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the to and from shipping cost.

Shipping and Handling Timeframe
Please allow 2-3 business days processing time once your order has been confirmed.  Business days are Monday - Friday (no federal holidays). Once your items has been confirmed and processed and your payment has cleared, it will be shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS) or The United Parcel Service (UPS) carriers.
You will receive email confirmation with your tracking number once order is shipped.

What sizes do you offer?

We strive to have a collection that is inclusive to who the G.M. woman is. We offer items in sizes Small - 3x.

Due to sizing limitations that some manufactures have, all of our items don't come in all sizes BUT we do aim to continue to find more manufactures that offer all sizes!

Do you offer express shipping?

Any order received before 2pm EST (Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays) will be processed and shipped the same day. Any order received after this time will shipped the next next business day.

How often do you restock?

We get new arrivals every single FRIDAY! Check back weekly for our newest pieces.
