Where are you located?

The DTT by L. Green retail store is located at the Tanger Outlets Mall, National Harbor, Maryland. We are located in Suite 865 which is across from the Skechers store.

What are your store hours?

Our Winter 2022 store hours are Friday & Saturday 11am - 7pm and Sunday 11am - 6pm ONLY.

Do you take returns?

We strive to ensure you love all of your purchases from us.  If you are not completely satisified with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
Return Policy
We hope you are 100% happy with your purchase. Due to COVID-19, we do have some restriction on our return policy for all purchases, so please read below for more details.
Online Purchases for Delivery
All online purchases that are delivered to you via mail, can be returned for a full refund or exchanged for another item of your choice.  For purchases to be accepted, the following guidelines MUST be adhered to:
   1. Garment must be UNWORN
    2. All Tags MUST be attached
    3. Return MUST be initiated within 3 business days AFTER your package has been delivered to you
To initiate a return for an online purchase, please email shopgabbymadison@yahoo.com.  All request for returns must be approved first, then a refund or exchange for the amount paid, minus any shipping charges, will be issued once the item is received back to us.  
Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Online Purchases for In-Store Pick Up
All purchases that are made online BUT are picked up by clients, are eligible for a return/exchange THE SAME DAY the item is picked up by the client.  For these purchases, when you arrive at the store to pick up your item, you have the option to try on your items before leaving the store.  
If you try on your purchase, and you are not completely satisfied, you can exchange or return your purchase for a full refund. 
If you decide to NOT try on your purchase when you come to pick it up, your purchase is eligible for an exchange only within 30 days,  once it leaves the store.
In-Store Purchases
All purchases are eligible for exchange only within 30 days of purchase.
For purchases to be accepted, the following guidelines MUST be adhered to:
   1. Garment must be UNWORN
    2. All Tags MUST be attached
3. You must have your receipt dated within the last 30 days
To lower the risk of a return/exchange being needed, we urge you to utilize or amazing and clean in-store dressing rooms.  Each dressing room is throughly cleaned after use by each client, and clothing is sanitized before it is returned to the selling floor.

Shipping and Handling
Please allow 3-5 business days processing time once your order has been confirmed.  Business days are Monday - Friday (no federal holidays). Once your items has been confirmed and processed and your payment has cleared, it will be shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS) or The United Parcel Service (UPS) carriers.
You will receive email confirmation with your tracking number once order is shipped.

What sizes do you offer?

We strive to have a collection that is inclusive to who the G.M. woman is. We offer items in sizes Small - 3x.

Due to sizing limitations that some manufactures have, all of our items don't come in all sizes BUT we do aim to continue to find more manufactures that offer all sizes!

Do you offer shipping or in-store pick up?

Yes we offer shipping using USPS & UPS for our shipping carriers AND we do offer in-store pick options for those clients that live in the Washington, DC Metro Area.

How often do you restock?

We get new arrivals every single FRIDAY! Check back weekly for our newest pieces.

Are the same items in store & online?

ABSOLUTELY! To ensure that our online clients have the same great selection, we offer the same items that you see on our website in-store also. If you desire to come in to touch and feel the items, stop on by!
