Online & In-store purchases can be returned for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE ONLY within 14 days from purchase date. Store credit will be issued via email for online orders or via physical gift card if returned/exchanged in the retail store.
CLEARANCE ITEMS are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.
For purchases to be accepted, the following guidelines MUST be adhered to:
1. Garment must be UNWORN
2. All Tags MUST be attached
3. Return MUST be initiated within 3 business days AFTER your package has been delivered to you
To initiate a return for an online purchase, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. All request for returns must be approved first, then a refund or exchange for the amount paid, minus any shipping charges, will be issued once the item is received back to us.
Please note that shipping/handling charges, discounts & coupons are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of all return items. For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the to and from shipping cost.

Shipping and Handling Timeframe
Please allow 3-5 business days processing time once your order has been confirmed. Business days are Monday - Friday (no federal holidays). Once your items has been confirmed and processed and your payment has cleared, it will be shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS) or The United Parcel Service (UPS) carriers.
You will receive email confirmation with your tracking number once order is shipped.
